Education built from the clinic floor.

We don't just teach theory. We teach the theory and the systems we use ourselves to make it work in real clinics. Together we've built five clinics from scratch, acquired and integrated three others, sold one business, and strategically closed one as part of broader portfolio decisions.

We've navigated property purchases, renovations, council approvals, heritage overlays, and complex lease negotiations. Today, our clinics employ more than 60 staff across multiple locations and states. Everything in our programs comes directly from the operational playbook we still use every week.

Important context. These figures are real, anonymised revenue, PVA, and cancellation data from our internal graduate cohorts (2021 to 2025 start years). Revenue is CPI-adjusted to 2026 dollars using ABS All Groups CPI. Year 1 revenue is also uplifted by 5% to reflect a standard 52-week working year, compensating for the 2-3 weeks each January that new graduates spend waiting on AHPRA registration. PVA and cancellation rates are reported as-recorded. Results are indicative only, not guaranteed. Who is each program designed for?
The New Graduate Clinician Launchpad is built for clinicians in their first 1-2 years of practice. The Clinician Momentum Program is for 2-5 year clinicians ready to sharpen their reasoning and handle more complex presentations. The Practice Growth Operating System is for clinic owners (or those preparing to take ownership) who want to grow a clinic that doesn't depend on them being in every chair.
How is the program delivered?
Programs are delivered on our private learning platform. Each week you will receive a session and a workbook task, and you will have ongoing access to the program community. You can engage live or catch up on your own schedule.
What does the weekly payment commitment look like?
You're enrolling in a 52-week program, billed in equal weekly payments. Full payment terms, including any cooling-off, pause, or withdrawal options, are detailed in your enrolment agreement. Please read the disclaimers section below and your enrolment agreement before committing.
Can I pay annually instead of weekly?
Yes. If you prefer an upfront annual payment, book a discovery call and we'll arrange it directly.
What if I'm not sure which program is right for me?

Is this CPD accredited?
Self-directed learning hours from Elevate Health Academy may be eligible toward your CPD requirements depending on your registration body. We provide certificates of completion. It's your responsibility to confirm eligibility with your professional registration board.
